About the Job
Assist lenders and managers with real estate lending activities as assigned.

• Develop and monitor lending reports and other tracking mechanisms to help achieve lending goals
• Research and resolve inquires and issues from customers and outside agencies
• Review loan documentation and request additional information as required
• Review and administer loans in accordance with the loan agreement
• Prepare loan documentation; oversee loan set up, tracking and/or closing procedures
• Board loans on the loan servicing system.
• May perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Typically requires a High School degree or equivalent and 1 year of directly related real estate loan or banking experience.
• Full use and application of basic real estate and banking procedures and terminology.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and/or Excel.
