Our first fund, the Transcendent MultiStrategy Fund I, opened in 2008 with over $35 million and now manages an exponential sum that shows over 200% growth. Transcendent MultiStrategy Fund I was designed to offer investors concentrated exposure to a single investment theme through multiple approaches. The Fund’s portfolio contains a number of value-priced properties and real estate-related assets with asymmetrical payoffs acquired in the wake of the housing bust. Transcendent Investments Fund II is opening as we near 2012 offering investors’ access to a carefully managed portfolio of short-term, value-priced property investments across different markets. The Fund is focused on high absolute return opportunities in the market for distressed single-family residential properties.
