SINGLE FAMILY HOMES FOR RENT (SFR)
Since its founding in 2008, TIM has deployed approximately $350 million in the SFR space including in the geographies shown below. In total, TIM has purchased over 6,000 homes since inception over varying strategies in the SFR space including Fix and Flip and Buy and Hold. Currently, TIM focuses on newer homes built by reputable publicly-traded and regional homebuilders. TIM has owned SFR across all of the markets shown below but primarily focuses in the Southeast USA and Sunbelt Markets.
BUILD FOR RENT (BFR)
With the launch of its BFR platform TIM has added a vehicle that allows its investors to participate in the higher yields typically found in development deals with significant risk mitigators not found in traditional construction opportunities, many of which stem from TIM’s proprietary partnerships with publicly-traded homebuilders. Focused in the same major markets as its is SFR platform, TIM’s BFR transactions average more than 175 units per community, each of which is fully amenitized and branded under TIM’s Clean Living Communities which focus on health and preventative wellness.
